# Optimization and Supplement to the OG Nomination Rules
As the Mango community continues to grow and thrive, our demand for professional talent is also increasing. We hope that more Crypto professionals can join our OG team and participate in the future development of Mango. Therefore, we encourage everyone to nominate more genuine professional builders to join us.

In the future, OG nominations will be divided into two channels:

1. Community Activity and Construction Channel:
This will continue the previous standards, where only members who actively participate in maintaining and building community order will have the opportunity to become OGs. Community activity and participation levels will remain the primary criteria for evaluation.

2. Professional Talent Attraction Channel:
If you have friends who are core builders of other communities, project team members, developers, KOLs, institutional leaders, professional analysts, or other types of professional talents, and they are willing to contribute their efforts to Mango's development, you can nominate them. Through this channel, we will focus more on evaluating the professional background of the nominees rather than their activity levels.
