Most ads are reviewed within 1 business day. However, some reviews, especially for Performance Max campaigns or ads with complex elements, can take longer. Reviews for Responsive Search Ads may also take longer if a technical issue arises. For some campaigns, such as Performance Max, the ads may not begin serving until conversion actions are set up, which may take up to 48 hours after setup.
