We create an atmosphere where our children can calmly express themselves and be who they naturally are. Mistakes are not penalized, but a valuable experience and a step towards independence.

📍 Circle of Kindness
We regularly hold special "kindness circles" where the children get acquainted, talk about their hobbies, and get to know each other better.

📍 Emotional Intelligence
We pay much attention to developing emotional intelligence in special classes. We discuss basic emotions, and talk about what it means to be angry, happy, or sad, and how to properly express our feelings.

📍 Supporting Initiative
Our children know that: if they want to put on a play, try an unfamiliar game, or even invent their own game, the teachers are always there to support them and help them take the first step.

📍 We are inclusive to the Parents
We believe that trust building is a team effort. That's why we encourage dialogue with the parents. We share our observations and ask for the parents' feedback, insights, and recommendations about our process.

Every week at our "Yom Rishon" Sunday Club, we explore the wonderful world of Jewish culture with the kids. We learn about holidays and traditions, study Hebrew with a native speaker, and just have a great time with a close group of friends 🤗

At Malka, we follow the best practices for children's memory training by leveraging games. During playtime, a child has fun while discovering their interest in educational games. The brain then actively forms stronger neural connections due to the emotional state of joy.

Here's how we make memory development exciting for our kids:
📖 We read books and stories in both Russian and English – we discuss the characters, recall details, ask questions, and find answers together.
🎵 We learn poems and songs – rhythm and rhyme are excellent for training auditory and visual memory.
🎴 We play with flashcards – we match pairs, spot the differences, and practice repetition to learn new words.
✋ We draw with both hands and play neurogames – this develops coordination and strengthens the connection between the right and left hemispheres.
🌈 With the little ones, we sort objects by color and shape – training attention and logical thinking.
