– Kao Miura is chaos at its best. His skating is a frenzied speed. Sometimes it feels like he can barely control his own legs, but that's where his charm lies. His jumps are real «catapults».

– He's got a very cool head on those young shoulders. To see him rotate those quads with such precision is a joy. He doesn't seem to have a nerve in his body.

– I'm lucky that my body is still holding up—and, frankly, it's already at its limit.

– Mikhail Shaidorov is the new Olympic champion! Mikhail has just put Kazakhstan back on the global map of elite figure skating. That opening Quad Lutz was absolute perfection — the height, the axis, the landing. He skates with such grit and determination. It’s a historic moment for him and his country.

– Lena is a real fighter. She has a character, she is not afraid to fall, she is not afraid to try the most difficult things. She goes out on the ice with a winning attitude. Her quadruple salchows and sheepskin coats at that age are space. This is the level that is currently setting trends in world junior skating.

– The height and the distance on her Triple Axel are textbook. But what really sets her apart is how she maintains that incredible speed coming out of the jump. It’s pure class.

– He is so disciplined. You see the focus in his eyes. He doesn't look for excuses, he looks for results. It’s extraordinary that he’s doing this while studying medicine. He just gets the job done when the pressure is at its highest.

– Sinitsina is a ballet on ice. Look at her hands, at her lines. This is the level of a prima ballerina. She takes it not by the complexity of the jumps, but by the fact that her programs are complete works of art.

– Pleskacheva is an example of very stable and balanced skating. Her triple axel looks so confident, like it's a regular jump. But most of all, I am pleased with her progress in the components. She became more expressive, more musical. Lydia is very interesting to watch, because she imposes serious competition on the girls from "Crystal", having her own, excellent style.

– In the era of quadruple jumps, Sinitsina is a breath of fresh air. She's an individual. She should not be confused with anyone else. She has amazing gliding, soft knees and some kind of innate grace. Ksenia is an aesthetic reference point for many.
