Internet outages have been affecting parts of Russia for several hours, disrupting taxi and delivery apps, shops, mobile networks, and many other Yandex services.

Media reports say a drone strike hit a Yandex data center in Vladimir, taking it completely offline. It’s not yet clear when services will be restored.
