Recently visited Agrohemp EOOD on-site🌿

The Maclear team met with the founders of Agrohemp EOOD, a young Bulgarian company operating in the industrial hemp sector.

Founded in 2024, Agrohemp cultivates and sources hemp for processing into fiber and shives — used in construction, textiles, and bioplastics.
The company holds a special cultivation license for both open and closed plots, which gives it a strong advantage in this tightly regulated field.

We visited their cultivation areas and storage site, inspected the agricultural machinery pledged as collateral, and discussed the next steps of our cooperation.

Under preliminary agreements, Agrohemp has already secured demand for 400 tons of fiber and 960 tons of shives. With the current investment round, the company projects its revenue to triple in 2025.

This project supports JS Production’s investment in critical equipment like a metal blasting camera, bridge crane, and automated washing line — all secured with over €550,000 in collateral.

STS Software AD is now in the Compliance Process 🟢

This is a promising Bulgarian 🇧🇬 company delivering ERP systems and SaaS solutions to small & mid-sized businesses.

Their revenue rose tenfold in 2023 and continued growing further.

This growth is driven by strong demand in the EU software outsourcing market

valued at over €26 bn in 2024 and growing steadily 6–7% per year.

STS Software AD is currently  in their redevelopment phase: rebuilding the ERP platform and transforming into a scalable SaaS provider.

To support this transformation, they’ve developed a two-year strategic plan and are seeking a €300,000 loan.
