How a computer engineer from Spain decided to give it a try to Web3 P2P investing

It caught my attention because it was something very different from the other platforms existing in the market. I was curious about it and decided to try it.

Meet José Escudero, our seasoned P2P investor at Maclear who shares his experience of investing on 8lends. With zero knowledge in Web3 finances and hard lesson learnt.

Today’s pick is an Italian 🇮🇹 engineering and construction company LINK S.R.L.

It’s a promising project with effective leadership that’s evolving into a full-cycle EPC contractor, in Italy mainly.

In 2024, the company has achieved a financial turnaround by shifting to a higher-value EPC model. And now is aiming at reaching the new heights.

Their growth plan is well-structured and based on confirmed contacts. To fund the plan, LINK S.R.L. seeks a €650,000 loan.

Recently visited Datra Ltd. on-site 🟢

The Maclear team met with the heads of the Bulgarian company specialized in the food & beverage sector. They deliver, install and maintain agricultural equipment across the Balkan region.

We visited their factory located in Sofia (Vitosha District) to check on the proper execution of secured contracts.

Under these agreements, Datra Ltd. is currently building two silage farms and supplying freezing, cutting, and feed processing equipment.

The work process is progressing smoothly and remains fully under control.
