Indeed, scammers are getting better. Some even try to copy our tone of voice.

So staying alert is the only way to stay safe.

🌟 Here’s a simple flow to make sure you only talk to the real Maclear & 8lends support:

1. Start from the official website only

Open the website manually or from your bookmarks:
• maclear.ch
• 8lends.io

Never trust links from DMs, comments, or “friends of support”.

2. Go to Telegram only from the website

Use the Telegram buttons on maclear.ch or 8lends.io to open official chat and channel.

Do not search “Maclear” or “8lends” inside Telegram — scammers create fake groups with similar names and logos.

3. Check who you’re talking to

If the person writing to you is not in that list, they are not our support.

Our support will never: ask for passwords, seed phrases, private keys or codes, or ask you to install “special” software.

4. Remember one rule: support never writes or calls first

Real Maclear/8lends support will never message you out of the blue.

🌟 The only correct flow: you write to our official chat => you pick an admin from the official list => you continue the conversation there.

5. Lock down your Telegram privacy

To reduce scam attempts even further, set your privacy settings to the strictest mode:

• Phone number: Nobody
• Last seen & online: Nobody
• Calls: Nobody (scammers often try to pressure you via calls)
• Who can add you to groups/channels: Nobody — so random people can’t throw you into fake “investment chats”.
