Update on Vibroedil project

We’re closely monitoring the situation and have seen each and every one of your comments.

Let us reassure you that everything is under Maclear’s control.

Finance-related issues are an inherent part of investing, and occasional risks can occur. We remain in constant contact with the Vibroedil CEO and are doing everything possible to resolve the matter quickly.

Here’s the current situation:

🌟 In total, €200,000 was provided to the borrower (€150,000 on Maclear and €50,000 on 8lends).

🌟 We expect the first payment to arrive soon, which will be used to close the project’s principal and distributed among investors.

🌟 Future interest payments are unlikely to be made. However, all interest already paid remains with investors, and the principal provided to the project in the form of a loan will be repaid in full (100%). Later, you can reinvest or withdraw the money.

🌟 Regarding the Maclear Provision Fund: the fund exists to cover temporary difficulties of a borrower. At this stage, full principal repayment is expected from the borrower.

🌟 In accordance with personal guarantees, the repayment comes directly from the owner’s personal funds, not Vibroedil’s assets.
