Regarding the recent YouTube video by Jakub Krejci (P2P Empire)

We fully understand the concerns and frustration caused by the recent “debunking” video reviewing the CrowdIndex rating platform.

We want to clarify that Maclear commented on the video, but the author deleted our first comment. The second comment posted by our team is still visible under the video — you can check it there. See the attached file.

Regarding CrowdIndex itself: we have no ownership or operational ties to this platform. It is an independent resource with no affiliation to the Maclear or 8lends teams. We are simply a paying client of theirs for advertising placement.

Both Maclear and 8lends are in an active growth phase, which includes marketing and promotion. We currently work with a range of aggregators and partner teams to support our visibility and stay competitive in the crowdlending space. CrowdIndex is just one of several aggregators we work with.

Our placement on their website was a sponsored arrangement — we had no involvement in CrowdIndex's editorial policy, General Terms and Conditions, or the content of the reviews they publish. Those matters are the sole responsibility of the platform's owners.

Before proceeding with the advertisement, we followed our standard practices, including checking Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics tags. Based on that assessment, we decided to move forward with sponsored banners and links. That said, we have no involvement in or responsibility for the actual content of CrowdIndex's ratings.

Given the concerns now being raised about this resource, we will of course reevaluate our continued partnership with them. We take the reputation of Maclear and 8lends seriously and are treating this situation with the full attention it deserves.
