- select a subject you are passionate about. Maybe creating content, coding, product design.

- decide on the first feature. Build an agent that can reason, make decisions, and execute tasks.

- choose an environment to interact with your agent. It can be your custom UI or 3rd party APIs, like Whatsapp, Discord, etc.

- provide tools to your Agent. Wrap functions like web search, file search, or API calls.

- use frameworks like Langgraph or OpenAI Agents to connect your components, manage memory, and create a coherent workflow.

- trace and monitor your agent's actions with Langsmith or Langfuse, and continue improving.
