To all dumb people who are facing kinstalldeviceopen error while flashing rom using recovery, its because you have messed with the partition table by flashing images manually or flashed something that messes with the partition. TO FIX IT JUST FLASH STOCK ONCE and flash the custom rom you want. Kindly don't act like blind f*cks this error isn't caused by corrupted rom zip or anything
