LUX Blog #6: Our fees

In LUX we keep it simple:

• 5% rake on pots that reach the flop
• No rake on preflop pots
• Every table has a maximum rake cap, so large pots aren’t overcharged

Rake caps:

$5 buy-in → max $0.50
$20 buy-in → max $1.50
$50 buy-in → max $3.00
$100 buy-in → max $5.00

Formula:

Rake = min(Pot × 5%, Table Rake Cap)
