EQTY DAO Update - DAO Established & Governance Active

The EQTY DAO has officially been established following the successful and accepted community vote. EQTY is now operating as a community-governed project under a DAO-controlled foundation.

We are continuing governance through Snapshot, where token holders can participate in decisions regarding:
- Execution of DAO mandates
- Transfers of assets, IP, and infrastructure
- Ongoing operational and strategic choices for EQTY

All governance follows a mandate-based model: the foundation executes decisions approved by the DAO, ensuring transparency, continuity, and community control.

We’ve also reached out to our key exchange partners to support the transition from LTO to EQTY. While each exchange has its own timeline, we expect listings to be updated this month. At the same time, we’re working closely with major platforms like CoinMarketCap and CoinGecko to align the rebrand.
To make sure the migration of core technology (like Ownables) to Base is smooth, EQTY will remain in private beta for now.
