Есть такая штука: эмуляторы-можо на уровне вызова системы перехватывать вызовы и заставлять код считать что он исполняется на ps5 хотя на самом деле исполняется на PC, а значит можно любую игру запускать на PC

Проще говоря: гта6 на ПК быть
