🔘♾Induction of gene transcription by MAP kinase.♾🔘

dimeric MAP kinase induces transcription of the c-fos gene by directly activating one transcription factor, ternary complex factor (TCP), and indirectly activating another, serum response factor (SRF). In the cytosol, MAP kinase phosphorylates and activates a kinase called p90RSK, which translocates to the nucleus, where it phosphorylates a specific serine in SRF. After translocating to the nucleus, MAP kinase directly phosphorylates specific serines in TCF. Association of phosphorylated TCF with two molecules of phosphorylated SRF forms an active trimeric factor that activates c-los gene transcription.

☑️ Together with other transcription factors, such as c-Jun , c-Fos induces the expression of many genes that encode proteins necessary for cells to progress through the cell cycle.



🔘♾القایی رونویسی ژن توسط MAP کینازها♾🔘



ا☑️ MAP کیناز دیمری فعال شده(فسفریله)، رونویسی از ژن c-fos را با فعال سازی مستقیم یک فاکتور رونویسی به نام فاکتور کمپلکس سه تایی (TCF) و علاوه بر این فعال سازی غیر مستقیم فاکتور دیگری به نام فاکتور پاسخ به سرم (SRE) القا می کند. MAP کیناز در سیتوزول کینازی را به نام p90RSK فسفریله و فعال می کند که بعد از آن به هسته نقل مکان کرده و سرین ویژه ای را در SRF فسفریله می سازد. بعد از نقل مکان MAP كيناز به هسته، به طور مستقیم سرین ویژه ای را در TCF فسفریله می کند. همراهی TCF فسفریله با دو مولکول SRF فسفریله ، یک فاکتور تریمری فعال رو تشکیل می دهد و رونویسی ژن c-fos را فعال می سازد.

ا☑️ c-fos به همراه فاکتور رونویسی دیگر مانند c_jun بیان بسیاری از ژن های کد کننده پروتئین هایی لازم برای سلول ها به منظور پیشرفت چرخه سلولی را القا می کند.
