Description: Resolv Labs is an aspiring team building novel DeFi instruments. The founders are tech universities alumni with extended cross-product experience in TradFi (global markets structuring & financial engineering) and Tech (Revolut & Yandex) under their belt.

Looking For: A trader with an established experience in managing digital assets. In this role, you will lead development of a dedicated trading function. Main workstreams are:

- manage delta-neutral crypto collateral pool of a stablecoin across a number of trading venues;
- together with the founders, develop relationship with key infrastructure partners: exchanges, custodians, market makers, trading firms;
- work closely with chads in Product, Engineering, and Data across topics in product development, performance simulations, risk management;
- propose and deploy trade ideas as a basis for new products;
- manage trading operations at Resolv Labs proprietary portfolio.
