In the video, a man from Moldova shows how much the water level of the border river has dropped near the village of Velchynets (🇲🇩Oknitsa district, opposite 🇺🇦Vinnytsia region) and explains the best places to cross the water obstacle.

He says that a Ukrainian border patrol boat simply won't be able to pursue a potential intruder because the water is too shallow.
