‼️🇺🇦🥶 Kyiv faces an "extremely difficult" winter: the plan to create backup power generation has failed, the Rada stated

MP Kucherenko warned of an extremely dire power supply situation in the Ukrainian capital this coming winter.
▪️According to him, Kyiv has not produced enough electricity for its own needs for a long time, and the plan to build cogeneration plants, which Zelenskyy and the government were proud of, has been botched by state-owned companies.
▪️At the same time, Kucherenko emphasized that placing all responsibility for the current situation solely on Kyiv Mayor Klitschko is wrong, and that Zelenskyy himself and his entourage are also to blame.
