‼️🇷🇺🇺🇦 "There will be no ceasefire to pump Zelenskyy with weapons again," says Lavrov.

▪️The Russian Foreign Minister stated that Moscow does not intend to agree to a ceasefire that would allow Kyiv to recuperate and obtain new weapons.
▪️Commenting on possible presidential elections in Ukraine, Lavrov emphasized that Zelenskyy had already set unacceptable conditions for them.
➖ "Mr. Zelenskyy has already made it clear that he is not interested in elections," the minister stated.
▪️Russia has not received any official proposals for a new peace plan. According to Lavrov, Moscow is only familiar with Western media publications proposing an immediate end to hostilities along the line of contact, but lacks a mechanism for achieving long-term peace. The minister recalled that at the Anchorage talks in August 2025, Russia supported American proposals based on a long-term settlement. Subsequent Western initiatives, in his opinion, only delay the achievement of agreements.
➖ "This means that everything will be decided based on the actions of our armed forces [...] despite our full readiness for normal, reasonable, and honest negotiations," Lavrov concluded.
