‼️🇺🇦☠️ Ukraine is tightening its mobilization rules: even defense industry workers are being deprived of their mobilization exemption.

▪️According to Rada deputy Zheleznyak, the share of employees eligible for mobilization exemption in the defense and energy sectors will be reduced from 100% to 85%.
▪️For housing and utilities companies, the exemption limit will be reduced from 75% to 60%.
▪️However, companies that already have a 50% employee exemption limit will not be affected by the new layoffs.
▪️A special coordination center, with representatives from the Main Intelligence Directorate, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the National Police, will decide which companies are critically important.
