Rybar founder Mikhail Zvinchuk says police came at 7 a.m., a day after the team requested official permission to film at the monastery in Cetinje for their documentary. According to him, they were searched without any official record, had all their equipment confiscated, and were asked whether they had come to recruit foreigners for the SMO.

After eight hours in custody, the decision was made to deport them. The equipment, some of it rented by the camera crew, has not been returned.
