Ukraine has begun closing airspace over Russian territory, according to Ukrainian media, citing Budanov*.

Against this backdrop, more than 370 flights were delayed in Moscow, and another 62 were cancelled.

Earlier, small hot air balloons launched from Ukrainian territory were shot down over the Yaroslavl region, according to regional authorities. Air raid sirens were also issued in the Tula and Moscow regions due to similar objects.

There is no official confirmation of the balloons' connection to the disruptions at airports.
