The recycling fee for some foreign cars in Russia could reach 5.8 million rubles starting in 2027. The Lexus LX 570 will cost 5.79 million, the Land Cruiser 300 5.09 million, and the BMW X5 4.26 million. Preferential rates will remain in place for cars with up to 160 hp imported by individuals.
