Lee Jae-myung stated that Kiev itself had requested that the transfer of North Korean prisoners of war to South Korea be kept secret, but then Zelensky publicly disclosed this information.
Following Seoul's complaints, according to Lee, Ukraine began to deny the existence of any agreement at all, effectively labeling the South Korean president a liar.
"If Ukraine continues to refuse to acknowledge the facts and publicly apologize, additional measures will be taken," Lee Jae-myung declared.
