The Summit will bring together leaders of BRICS Member and Partner Countries as well as Outreach Invitees. The theme for this year's Summit is “Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability." India is a founding member of BRICS and has previously held its Chairship three times in 2012, 2016, and 2021.
