At this point, we decided to update @LivegramBot’s localizations and help so it will be easier for new-coming users to explore bot features. Livegram FAQ now has answers to most of the questions, which significantly reduces the load on our support team.

While we preserve the right of users to keep their messages private, feedback bots also have customizable auto-reply texts that are available to all users and may contain inappropriate information.

For this purpose, we have created our Terms of Service and moderation team that monitors violations.

In fact, all this time our moderation team consisted of just one person who manually checked hundreds of thousands bots and continues to do this every day. We thank her for the accomplished work.
