Hi, I forgot to mention some work culture business etiquettes here in Indonesia as it can be different than other Southeast Asian countries in reference to culture sensitity.

Before you DM anyone, if they are Indonesians, there is a culture rule here to either call a prospective partner or client with Pak/Bu/Bapak/Ibu/Mbak/Mas before their names similar to Sir/Miss/Mr./Mrs/Brother/Sister as a sign of respect and courtesy for someone we don't know yet.

Even if we already know them as a client or partner, we will still address them as either Pak/Bu/Bapak/Ibu/Mas/Mbak before their names as a general culture rule.

We don't call clients or partners by their first names, as it can be offensive and considered as rude.

So for men, lets say his name is Widyanto, we will address him in DM as;

Dear Pak Widyanto,

And for women, lets say her name is Cindy, we will address her in DM as;

Dear Bu Cindy,

Because in Indonesia the business climate is very culture sensitive, and this can be a deal breaker or a deal maker.
