Grateful for the rains because with them comes a flush of mushrooms! 🍄‍🟫✨

We were out harvesting culinary and medicinal mushrooms—some for our own use and some destined for Light Cellar products.

With more rain in the forecast, and autumn being one of the best times to forage fungi, we plan to get out lots more this season.
