💧 Every hole in your house is a liability 💧

Windows, doors, vents, HVAC lines… they all punch through your exterior and every single one of them is a chance for water to get in.

Most people look at the big stuff. Roof. Foundation. Structure.

I’m looking at the little stuff that quietly causes the big problems later.

Bad caulking. Missing flashing. Improper slope. No drainage path. Gaps that should not exist.

That’s how you end up with rot behind siding, mold in walls, and damage you do not see until it is expensive.

Walk your house and start noticing these spots. If water hits it… where does it go?

If the answer is “I don’t know”… that’s usually where the problem starts.
