Woke up to the Robinhood ecosystem getting absolutely nuked overnight.

From what I’ve seen, most of this came from people overreacting to Vlad’s tweet about RWA.

Nothing he said was actually bearish for memes. We already knew Robinhood wants to push RWAs, that’s been obvious from day one. But memes are what brought attention, users, and volume to the chain.

I highly doubt Vlad expected a tweet with bullish RWA sentiment to trigger this kind of capitulation across the ecosystem.

To me this just looks like panic selling. Robinhood is still one of the most interesting ecosystems right now and volatility like this is part of being early.

Personally I’m treating this as an opportunity rather than a reason to leave.
