Referrals now run two lines deep / custom bonus

A long-requested update is live: your referral network now earns across two tiers. Direct invitees work as before, but now their invitees generate revenue for you too. Indirect referrals pay out between 2% and 5%, stacking on top of whatever your direct line brings in.

The update also adds custom conditions for direct referrals. In the referral tab, you can set a fee discount for anyone signing up under your link, giving you a real tool to make your offer competitive. The math stays simple: if you're taking 15% and set a 5% discount, you net 10%. The system is linear.
