# LOA Platform Update

Dear Arcadians ,

Please note that the following two LOA access portals:

will be redirected to the official website:

Once these two portals are taken down or redirected, you will no longer be able to use them to open Mystery Boxes, withdraw ARCA, or access early ARCA staking-related functions.

Please make sure to complete any necessary actions in advance and avoid missing the available access window.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding.

Q11: What happens if I do nothing?
A: If you do not complete the relevant asset-handling steps before the shutdown deadline, you will no longer be able to process them after the shutdown. Please make sure to take the necessary actions in time to protect your rights and assets.

Important Reminder

Please continue to follow official announcements closely. All future information related to the following matters will be released through official channels:

Please pay close attention to all relevant deadlines. If there are any changes to the timeline, key dates, or related arrangements, we will share updates with the community through our official social media and community channels asap.

Missing the specified deadlines may affect your ability to claim rewards, convert assets, or access any subsequent rights and benefits.

LOA Community FAQ

First and foremost, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all players, community members, creators, guild partners, Ambassadors, and ecosystem partners who have supported LOA.
Whether you fought in the game, participated in community events, created content, helped new players, or accompanied the project throughout its journey, your support and contributions have been an essential part of LOA.
We understand that this announcement may raise many questions and concerns. Through this FAQ, we hope to address the key issues the community cares about transparently and clearly, while keeping everyone updated on the next steps.


Shutdown Timeline & Team Arrangements

Q1: Is LOA temporarily suspending operations, or is it shutting down permanently?
A: Thank you to all players for your continued support throughout this journey. LOA will permanently cease operations.

Q2: Will the team continue operating during this period?
A: The team will continue to operate until the official shutdown to ensure that players’ rights and interests are properly protected.

Q3: When will the service officially shut down?
A: Our official website, game servers, communities, and related services will officially close on July 10, after which LOA will permanently cease operations.

Q4: Will my account data be retained after the shutdown?
A: Game account data will no longer be retained after the shutdown.

Game Access & Platform Closure

Q5: Can I still log in to the game?
A: The game will no longer be reopened. However, from June 11, 08:00 UTC to June 30, 08:00 UTC, the withdrawal function on the website will be available. During this period, players will be able to withdraw their remaining in-game ARCA to their wallets even though the game itself is not open.
Please note that the Deposit function will not be enabled. In addition, as the game has already been closed, the servers will not process any deposits.

Q6: Will the official website and marketplace remain available?
A: No, they will not be retained.

Q7: Will the X, Discord, Telegram, and other community channels be closed?
A: Yes. Community channels will be closed only after we have ensured that all player issues have been properly handled and that asset-related matters have been processed smoothly. Our customer support team will continue to assist at the final stage.

Asset Handling: NFT & Token

Q8: What will happen to my in-game heroes, item NFTs, and other assets after the game shuts down? Will they remain in my wallet?
A: NFT Buyback Plan: Before the official shutdown, NFTs will be converted into points through a buyback program conducted by our partner. Please make sure to follow the official X account and community announcements for the specific standards, rules, and procedures of the buyback. We will assist everyone throughout the asset conversion process.
Other Assets: Since rewards for previous seasons have already been distributed through level-based rewards, leaderboard incentives, and other mechanisms, no further processing will be arranged for other assets.

Q9: What will happen to my ARCA tokens?
A: From June 11, 08:00 UTC to June 30, 08:00 UTC, the withdrawal function on the website will be available. Players will be able to withdraw their remaining in-game ARCA to their wallets even though the game itself is not open.
Please note that the Deposit function will not be enabled. In addition, as the game has already been closed, the servers will not process any deposits.

Q10: My staked tokens have not yet reached maturity and are still locked. Can I force-unstake them early? Will there be any fees or penalties? How will staking rewards be calculated, and can they still be claimed?
A: Staked tokens are locked in the smart contract and therefore cannot be released early. Players should check the maturity date of their own staking positions. Once the staking period ends, players may withdraw the corresponding tokens by interacting with the contract.

1️⃣ LOA will discontinue operations S5 will be the final season. The originally planned S6 will not proceed, and no new seasons, gameplay events, or reward campaigns will be launched

2️⃣ Game server status The LOA game server is currently closed. To support users who still hold in-game $ARCA, the team is preparing a temporary process for eligible users to transfer in-game $ARCA on-chain. Detailed instructions, timeline, supported chains, and deadlines will be shared in a follow-up announcement.

3️⃣ About $ARCA As LOA discontinues operations, official market support, liquidity maintenance, and related operational support for $ARCA will be gradually discontinued. Currently, $ARCA deposits have been suspended on supported exchange(s). Further updates regarding trading, withdrawals, listing status adjustments, or other asset handling arrangements will be subject to official LOA and exchange announcements.

4️⃣ About NFTs LOA NFTs and on-chain assets will remain on-chain. The team will do its best to keep NFT metadata and related asset records accessible. Any future NFT handling, exchange, migration, or recognition plan will be announced once confirmed.

5️⃣ Safety Reminder LOA Team will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, or transfers to unofficial addresses. Please only follow official LOA channels and beware of fake links or DMs. We know this is not the ending any of us hoped for.

The gates of Arcadia may be closing, but every adventure, battle, creation, and memory you left behind will remain part of this journey. Thank you for being part of Arcadia.

April 22, 08:00 UTC – The game servers will be shut down.
April 29, 08:00 UTC – The web-based reward claim page will be closed, and the system will return to a non-season state.

• Black Ore / White Ore: do not carry over
• Energy / ARCA: carry over
• Unclaimed in-game Blind Boxes, Badges, and Avatars: carry over

Regarding the recent concerns about ARCA reward distribution, we would like to provide a unified update:

The current ARCA claim failures and delays in reward distribution are mainly caused by a cross-chain delay. Due to a technical issue with the bridge, assets are temporarily unable to be transferred from the source chain to the destination chain.

Please rest assured that all rewards for winners and participants will be distributed. Our technical team has already stepped in and is urgently investigating and resolving the issue. We are also closely monitoring the progress. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and encourage everyone to rely only on official updates.

We understand your concerns and sincerely appreciate your support and trust. The project will continue to move forward, and we will keep you informed of any updates asap.

Clarification on Chips Rules:

Explanation of the Round Ranking Reward mechanism:

1. Ranking Criteria:
Rankings are based on the total amount of Chips a player has accumulated during the current round.

2. Consumption Does Not Reduce Ranking:
Chips spent in mini-games within Arcade of Grandia will NOT reduce your ranking score.

Example:
A player earns 10,000 Chips, then spends 5,000 in mini-games and wins back 2,000.
• Current Balance: 7,000 Chips (available for continued use)
• Ranking Score: 12,000 Chips (total accumulated output)

Conclusion:
Players can confidently participate in mini-games and aim for higher multipliers. Your ranking will only increase based on total Chips earned—it will never decrease due to spending.
