Kubernetes just turned 10. Phil Estes from AWS was at KubeCon when someone mentioned their company is only now moving to containers — a reminder that the ecosystem is still growing, not plateauing.

His prediction: adoption will continue expanding (traditional workloads, legacy systems), tooling will keep simplifying Kubernetes operations, and AI will integrate more deeply — both as a workload and as a tool for managing clusters.
