1. shadowing
Выбери отрывок с яркой речью (эмоции: радость, злость, удивление) — 20–40 секунд. Повтори минимум 3 раза, копируя интонацию, ритм и эмоции.

2. storytelling
Расскажи короткую историю из жизни (поездка, неловкий случай, мечта). Говори 1–2 минуты. Можно записать себя и переслушать.

3. answering basic questions about yourself
Отвечай по 30 сек – 2 мин и записывай себя. Слушай, анализируй ошибки и ищи синонимы.

Прочитай вслух 5–10 минут. Следи за ударениями и паузами. Старайся читать выразительно, не спеша.

5. grammar
Сделай 2 новых модуля из вашей книги. Обрати внимание на типичные ошибки и постарайся их избегать в речи.

Не забывайте записывать интересные слова и смотреть контент на английском.
