Zelensky told EU leaders that Ukraine’s war effort will cost €155bn next year and needs at least €70bn more from Europe.
He said Ukraine could double or triple drone production with sufficient funding, while warning that Putin will only choose peace when faced with stronger US pressure and the prospect of losing the money to sustain his war.
