Zelensky said Ukraine received no warning from its partners before Russia launched 5 ballistic missiles at civilian infrastructure in Kyiv.

He said Russian attacks also killed four people and wounded 41 in Kharkiv, while 19 regions came under attack over two days despite a US-backed call for an energy ceasefire.
