Custom emoji now work without buying extra usernames: if the bot owner has Telegram Premium and you’re either in a DM or you edit an inline result after sending (initial inline can’t include them, edit to apply). Previously this was only for bots that bought extra usernames on Fragment; that requirement is gone under these conditions.
