Kiagen cDNA synthesis kit has the following components:
1-2X buffer solution Mix which includes reverse transcriptase enzyme buffer (MMLV RT), 1 mM dNTP mixture, 8 mM MgCl2, oligo d (t), random hexamer, and stabilizer.
2- Enzyme mixture containing heat-resistant H-minus MMLV enzyme, RNase inhibitor, and stabilizer.
3- Water treated with DEPC.
4- Control primer (B2M) Mix.
The RT enzyme used in the cDNA Synthesis Kit is type H Minus extracted from the Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus. One of the most essential advantages of this enzyme over other MMLV enzymes is its high heat tolerance.
MMLV enzyme activity is 100% at 50 ° C and 80% at 55 ° C.
