📢 KingdomStarter announces new Protected IDO models ✔️✔️

To protect our users & minimize the impact of these issues on users' interests such as delayed launch, postponed listing, insufficient marketing...,KingdomStarter has formulated new IDO models that will apply to IDO projects on our platform starting from now.

1️⃣Model 1: Protected IDO
😶‍🌫️IDO Procedure: Proceed as the previous rules without the 2-hour refundable mechanism.
😶‍🌫️Token distribution: Depends on the token price & the development of the project decided by the Business Council of KDG (KBC). We will only release the project's funds in batches based on their token vesting schedule.
💡For ex: You joined $1,000 in an IDO model 1 with the vesting period as “30% at TGE then linear vesting in 2 months”.

➡️At TGE:
🟢Within 24 hours, the token price is above the IDO price => Claim token, no refund
🟢Within 24 hours, the token price is below the IDO price => KBC will discuss whether to refund or claim
🟠If claim => You get 30% of IDO tokens
🟠If refund => You will get 30% of your funds back ~ $300

➡️At 2nd claiming tranche: KBC will discuss whether to refund or claim
🟠If claim => You get 35% of IDO tokens
🟠If refund => You will get 35% of your funds back ~ $350

➡️At 3rd claiming tranche: The same as 2nd claiming tranche.

2️⃣Model 2: Self-determined IDO
➡️Proceed as the previous rules with the 2-hour refundable mechanism.
➡️After 2 hours, if investors did not refund, we will send 100% of the raised funds to the project when the KBC has no other comments & there is no problem related to the listing process.
