竹新社 财政部发《关于实施居民购房贷款贴息政策的通知》自10月1日起，向总价150万元以下且面积120平米以下的首套房贷，按照贷款本金（上限为100万元）给予年化1个百分点、期限不超过5年的贴息支持。政策施行1年。资金中央财政承担90%，省及以下承担10%。 （中国财政部）
