🔥 ICO and Private Sale. Differences between tokensale formats
Right now, our decentralised Launchpad offers the opportunity to conduct tokensales in two formats: ICO and Private Sale. Let's recap what are the advantages and differences of each of them.
🌟ICO (Initial Coin Offering) is a standard type of initial sale, which implies a fixed price and automatic addition of liquidity on DEX after the sale is over. When creating an ICO on JVault, options such as vesting, tiered whitelists, referral system and Soft Cap are available.
⭐Private Sale is a token sale stage in which tokens are offered to a limited number of investors. The mechanics of this type of tokensale repeats the mechanics of an ICO, but automatic liquidity replenishment is not obligatory in this case.
— You can find details on how the Launchpad works, as well as information for those wishing to place their project here.
⚙ We are working on new tokensale formats such as Fairlaunch and Dutch Auction. This will allow for a whole new experience of participating in tokensales on the TON blockchain.
