Republic Capital became a stakeholder in Gunzilla from Q1 2022-2024. If Republic Capital exits its position and receives fees, proceeds will accrue to the $NOTE dividend pool.

Founded in 2020, the company is developing a gaming platform that operates across various devices utilizing blockchain technology. Its flagship title, Off The Grid (OTG), is a cyberpunk battle royale designed to showcase a new model for digital asset ownership in gaming.
