Want to help shape marketing investment decisions and turn web analytics into measurable growth?

MEDvidi, an AI-powered mental healthcare platform serving patients in the US, is hiring a Marketing Data Analyst.

You'll analyze paid and organic acquisition, investigate website funnel drop-offs, improve attribution, build dashboards, and run experiments with our cross-functional Demand and Supply group.

We're looking for:

- 2+ years in marketing data analytics
- Experience in B2C HealthTech, telemedicine, subscription-based digital products, or e-commerce
- Recent web marketing analytics experience across paid acquisition, conversion funnels, attribution, and ROI
- Experience with US, European, or other international markets
- Strong SQL, Python for analysis, and BI tools
- Experience with PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar tools
- Statistics and A/B testing knowledge
- Fluent Russian and English B2+
- CET/CEST-overlapping availability

Experience limited to mobile or desktop app analytics isn't sufficient for this role.
