Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native)

☑️ Responsibilities
-Architect and Lead: Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android, ensuring architectural integrity and scalability
-Cross-Platform Development: Drive the development of shared UI components and design systems consistent across mobile and web applications
-Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior engineers through code reviews and technical discussions
-Full-Stack Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to define, build, and deliver end-to-end features
-Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve complex performance bottlenecks
-Problem Solving: Tackle challenging technical problems with innovative solutions

☑️ Requirements
-5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React Native
-Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, deep understanding of React, React Native, and their ecosystems
-Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of web development principles and technologies
-Proven ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and testable software architectures
-Solid understanding of mobile development best practices, UI/UX patterns, and platform-specific considerations for iOS and Android
-Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows
-Bonus: experience with Web3 technologies, blockchain, or decentralized applications
