key responsibilities:

develop and execute eu market expansion strategies

identify and secure strategic partnerships (kols, affiliates, institutional partners)

drive regional revenue growth and market penetration

analyze competitor activity and market trends

collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to localize growth initiatives



requirements:

proven business development experience within the eu market

strong network in crypto, fintech, or digital assets ecosystem

deep understanding of the european regulatory and market landscape

excellent negotiation and relationship management skills

self-driven with a strong track record of meeting revenue targets
