At Realytics, we build decision-grade retail intelligence for global brands. We’re looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys deep analytical work, turning complex data into insights, reports, and scalable SaaS products.

✏️ What you’ll do:
— Dive deep into data to identify metrics that drive real business outcomes
— Conduct research & analysis, contributing to white papers (e.g. consumer behavior & business performance)
— Build impactful reports and dashboards that will evolve into SaaS products
— Document analytical logic and requirements for the development team (ClickUp)
— Deliver ad-hoc analytical solutions to meet customer needs

🧩 Must-have:
— Strong Python & SQL
— Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau) and geospatial data (e.g. hexagon-based mapping)
— Fluent English
— Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets

✨Nice to have: Understanding of offline retail, Experience with predictive modeling
