TPUSA Sends LEGAL THREAT To Silence Fraud Investigation!


In the organization’s ongoing but inexplicable effort to draw additional attention to its shady operations, Turning Point USA (TPUSA) recently sent cease-and-desist style legal letters to the content creators behind the WolvesAndFinance YouTube channel after they raised questions about TPUSA’s finances and internal transactions.

WolvesAndFinance creator Zach De Gregorio argues that most of his statements about TPUSA were opinions based on public filings, and that TPUSA’s letter mainly objects to wording (like calling an internal review an “audit” or describing entities as “shell companies”) rather than disproving financial red flags.

De Gregorio reviews TPUSA’s explanations for missing employees on tax forms, large money transfers between affiliated groups, and payments to a marketing firm tied to a UPS mailbox, saying the responses do not resolve his concerns. Jimmy and Americans’ Comedian Kurt Metzger frame the legal threats as intimidation that contradicts TPUSA’s public branding around free speech and “asking questions,” especially given Charlie Kirk’s campus-tour messaging.
