Poland has offered to build a Patriot air defense missile factory on its territory if the US grants the license to Ukraine, Deputy Defense Minister Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka stated.
She noted Warsaw is pushing for a service center and, eventually, missile production on safe territory.
