ROY COOPER OF NC IS A CRIMINAL‼️

President Trump blasts former Governor Roy Cooper, of North Carolina, who is running to be Senator against Michael Whatley.

Cooper let out 83 murderers, of which 51 were serving life sentences, and 25 immediately committed murders after being let out of prison.

Cooper released them because he didn't want them to catch COVID in prison.
